As the Managing Consultant at Athena Business Services LLC, she has been providing business solutions for over 20 years. She has achieved waste reduction and process improvement results in the retail, health insurance, telecommunications, banking, IT, and non-profit industries. Her unique analysis of business results emerges from an understanding of management, customer service, IT, project management, and operations perspectives.

She holds an MBA in Information Systems and Technology Management from the Alfred E Lerner College of Business at the University of Delaware and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the GWC Whiting School of Engineering at the Johns Hopkins University; she has completed post-graduate studies in project management, telecommunications, and leadership.

Over the years, Stephanie has served as an officer in organizations such as Delta Sigma Theta, National Society of Black Engineers, and Toastmasters. Her volunteer work has included projects with the United Way, Blue Cross Caring Foundation, Verizon Reads, Johns Hopkins Tutorial Project, Junior Achievement of Delaware, Delaware Business/Industry/Education Alliance, Baltimore Urban Services Agency, and Nehemiah Gateway Community Development Corporation. She is an avid consumer of home improvement media and a dedicated CSI fan. She resides in Delaware with her husband and two children.
